      Flat Listing Fee of $3,000 to Listing Broker!
I started my new advertising campaign in July of 2011 after visiting with so many seller's who just didn't have a lot of equity in their homes but who needed to sell.  The cost of selling a home can be costly.  There are escrow fees, legal fees, warranty cost, commissions and other expenses involved!  After months of research and discussions with sellers I determined I could make a difference!  I have the ability to help these sellers!  I have launched a "one of a kind" marketing tool that not only helps our local market but sellers as well!  I am offering, for a limited time, to list any home for a flat fee of $3,000 for the "Listing" side of the transaction!  Real Estate transactions almost always involve two sides, a listing broker and  a selling broker.  Let's say, for example, I list a home for $300,000.  The listing broker would only charge a $3,000 flat fee instead of a percentage rate.  The seller would determine at the listing appointment what he is willing to pay a "selling" agent to show, promote and sell his home, still saving him on the total commission!  I would love to visit with any seller who would like more information about this campaign!  Call me and let me show you how I can help you save money, allow more negotiation room and guide  you to a smooth closing!   Monica DeMore - 409-283-4489
